Join us at an upcoming training! We are delighted to offer three pieces of training geared toward attorneys and non-attorneys. The first training, the 2020 Community Ambassador Training, will prepare non-attorneys to speak on the issue of human trafficking in San Diego.

Recently, allegations regarding labor trafficking were made against Imperial Valley Ministries. According to their website, Imperial Valley Ministries operates a Men’s Ranch, Women’s House, School of Ministry, School of Music and a Children’s Ministry. The organization also operates approximately 30 affiliate church groups in the US and Mexico.

Join us for Free to Thrive’s second annual fundraiser on Thursday, October 3rd, from 5:30 PM – 8 PM, at Mission Brewery in San Diego. The fundraiser themed “Brewing a Brighter Future”  is an evening celebrating our Thrivers and those who have supported our work throughout the year. We will be giving out a series of awards and recognition at the event.
